Orders

After placing an order, the customer receives an email confirmation. The sales agreement is concluded once product availability is confirmed and the order is accepted for processing.

Payment

Online payments are currently processed via the secure Przelewy24 gateway. All prices shown in the store are gross prices in PLN.

Delivery and returns

Orders are shipped within Poland. Delivery cost and estimated lead time are displayed on the delivery page and during checkout. Returns can be requested within the timeframe stated on the store pages.
